Utilizing the forest to produce logs as raw material for the wood processing industry while maintaining a balance between the sustainability of the production (economic), ecological and social functions of the forest, so as to ensure business continuity and provide benefits for the welfare of the community.

  1. Realizing an effective and efficient production forest management unit with guaranteed legal certainty over the status and existence of the managed production forest area.
  2. Increasing the quality, potential, productivity and optimizing the utilization of timber forest products from natural production forest areas.
  3. Improving the quality of human resources and professionalism in the management of production forests.
  4. Increase natural resource conservation efforts in a planned manner to preserve biodiversity.
  5. Increase the initiative, empowerment and participation of local communities.
  6. Increase employment, business opportunities, community income, foreign exchange earnings and state income.
  7. Strive to obtain certification for sustainable production forest management (PHPL) nationally and regionally.
